Evaluation

From the star of the semester till today I have explored and understood better my research question and how I should approach it. Reading several research journals which are rich in studies related to my subject, I was able to generate several ideas and come up with more questions to answer in the future.

I should take some time in order to come up with a better plan in tackling the research question based on the new knowledge I gathered. Some points are:

• Get feedback from key skill teachers/ lecturers of how they currently pass the knowledge and most importantly how they build up from zero to a full understanding, or at least as the syllabus require, of the subject. This would help me greatly in building up the levels in such a way that information would be given chronologically.

• Now that I know that games are an effective way of teaching, I need to make sure that the game engages all of the audience in some way or another.

• A mixture of cooperative gaming and competitive.

• Keep the player in flow and let him skip levels which they might already have mastered during their traditional teaching.

I am sure that while doing further research and surveys, more questions will arise and answering them will help me in certain better product which hopefully ultimately will help students and teachers in the educational sector and making it more fun.
